Research on the Impact of Management Communication Technology on Corporate Performance
Abstract
The interplay between information technology evolution andorganizational transformation has driven systematic changes in management communication technology. This study examines the impact mechanism of management communication technology on corporate performance, with particular focus on three dimensions: digital communication tools, communication mechanism design, and communication culture. Combining normative analysis with empirical testing, the research constructs an analytical framework grounded in information dissemination theory, organizational behavior theory, and synergy theory, based on a comprehensive literature review. Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews with 150 Chinese enterprises, structural equation modeling is employed to validate the research hypotheses. The findings indicate that: the application level of management communication technology is significantly and positively correlated with financial performance, operational efficiency, and innovation performance; the alignment between digital tools and business scenarios significantly facilitates communication efficiency; the sophistication of cross-departmental communication mechanisms positively relates to organizational synergy; leadership communication style serves as a significant predictor of employee satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on these conclusions, strategic recommendations are proposed from three aspects—intelligent platform construction, process optimization, and cultural cultivation—providing theoretical reference and operational guidance for enterprise communication management practice.
